How do I receive an invoice for my order?

To avoid wasting paper, we do not include any printed invoices with our packages. If you still need an invoice for your order, please contact us via our contact form with the subject “Invoice request” and we will email you your invoice. Please remember to state your order number, so we know for which order the invoice is required. You can find your order number (starting with #US, #ROW, or #EU) in your order confirmation or shipping confirmation email. Our support team will be happy to assist you.
