Once placed, orders generally cannot be canceled due to our automated order and shipping process. This ensures that orders reach our customers as quickly as possible.
If you still need to cancel your order for an important reason, please get in touch with us as soon as possible via our contact form, or reply directly to your order confirmation email. Be sure to include your order number (starting with #DE, #EU, or #US), so we can locate your order quickly.
Our support team will check whether a cancellation is still possible in your case. If so, you will of course receive a full refund.
Please note: We can’t always guarantee a cancellation, especially if the order is already being processed for shipping — but we’ll do our best to help!
