Is it possible to return two orders together?Updated 7 days ago

Please note that in certain countries with specific customs and tax regulations—particularly those operating under Delivered Duties Paid (DDP)—it is not possible to combine items from multiple orders into a single return shipment. Due to these legal and logistical requirements, each order must be returned separately.

If combined returns are allowed in your country, you can return items from multiple orders in one package by registering each return separately in our return center. Please use the same email address you used to place your orders and enter the corresponding order number (starting with #DE, #US, or #EU) for each return.

To help us process your return smoothly, please include a note inside the package clearly indicating which items belong to which order – thank you!

If you want to use our prepaid return label, please select it for only one of the orders. For the other order(s), please choose the option “Shipping provider of your choice.”

Note on exchanges:
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or color, please place a new order through our online shop. Once your return has been received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. You’ll receive a confirmation email as soon as the refund has been processed.
